We have a small IT product company, a little less than 30 people. There are offices in Dubna, Moscow and Taganrog, a couple of people were scattered in other parts of Russia. And before the coronocrisis, we worked from 9 to 18, sitting on our soft chairs at 2-3 monitors in the office. I hope our story of moving to a remote site will be useful to you.

We have long considered the possibility of becoming a fully distributed team. To be honest - it was my dream. But they did not dare. There would be no happiness but misfortune helped -normative documentConsciousness sent us all to work from home. Without stopping the processes, somewhere in the week we reorganized the processes and no longer want to return to the office.
I want to share our experience with you and tell you why this thought sat in my head for a long time, what tools for which processes we used and what questions a manager should ask himself before giving up his office.
