Shoemaker with boots: how can a digital agency make a website and not go broke?

image

Large digital agencies and  web productions usually focus on developing client projects and pay little attention to their own site. The reason is clear: there are sales, resources are allocated to cost-effective client projects. For internal projects, priority is lower: they do not bring “direct” money and do not fulfill the KPI of the client.

  • Reducing the cost of preparing and publishing cases on the site (at the time of publication of the article, this amount averaged 350 thousand rubles per case).

Otherwise, the numbers will show, but this attempt to restart, I believe, previously successful.

Probably, the site has not yet been fully debugged and may contain errors, and I also hope the server does not fall under the habr effect :)

Develop your projects, do not be afraid to test hypotheses, and most importantly - measure the effectiveness of each of your changes.
