Distributed blood pressure

Six months ago, in the third edition of the Dry Oars podcast , we predicted the future a bit. More precisely, on the air we discussed the remote work of distributed teams, and now this has turned out to be one of the hot topics in the IT world.

Together with the developers and the project manager, the guys in the studio talked about the pros, cons and "underwater rakes" in the work of distributed teams.

They also tried to understand how to build communication with remote developers and how, in the case of this format of work, to conduct a corporate event. Well, the acceptance of the fact that often for foreign companies programmers is a simple workforce (almost like collectors of cheap toys, only shhh) was a bonus.

In general, we spent time with benefit and recorded a podcast suddenly very relevant for today. Listen to where itโ€™s convenient, and look at useful materials on the topic.
