I returned from NYC two weeks ago from the Business Agility Conference, now my two-week quarantine is ending - there is time to share observations about how everything happened in the USA and how we do. And at the same time, what is worth doing and what is not worth it from the point of view of Agile. Even in the event of a pandemic, such an instrument can help to streamline thoughts and actions. In order not to rush around it is senseless, like chicken with buckwheat instead of a head - in life, in business.
Personally, I continue to work, minimize communication with alarmists around. But in my world, not everything is good and not everything is calm, as before. Now, as a military doctor, I save companies during the war - I rescue the wounded as if on a military field, I work more than before, as if on the front line. Yes, I smile, but I'm not happy that there is time for self-realization, I try to help save the business. There will be no “valuable advice” in the text on how to adapt training to online - everyone writes about it, boring things. The fact that everyone thoughtlessly hit online is like queuing up for toilet paper or for buckwheat.
During my travels between the continents, I developed a clear plan of action, which I will share with you with pleasure.
