Reviews: Asana, Jira, Bitrix-24, Trello, YouGile. What do you like and what infuriates?

I sat down here to choose a management system for our department. We are the second line of technical support, we close jambs that our developers did not have time to fix. We help clients configure software for secure workflow.

We have 17 people in the department. We are doing business in 1C, but the management system for communicating on tasks is clearly not enough. Tired of all the working communications being conducted in Telegram. Where important information and memasics fall. Often - at the same time.

I thought: how to choose a normal system? No specific requirements yet. I looked at the reviews - one pathos: “Helping the business to work”, “Increasing efficiency”, “The best tool for agile teams”.

I decided to choose the reviews.Already another picture, less rosy: “The worst technical support in the world”, “Wild brakes”, etc. In general, I read what people say, cataloged a little.

Collected and summarized opinions on 8 control systems. Started with the least known, finished with the most popular. Divided into two blocks - what “comes in” and what infuriates. At the same time, I made a price table at the end. I’m sharing, it’s useful to someone. Well, we will test and choose in practice the whole team.

What do you like?

  • Technical support flies. The answers are really quick. Always politely and clearly everyone will sign.
  • The development guys are constantly developing and improving the system.
  • Definitely a bold plus per chat for each task.
  • Everything is intuitive, you can deal with everything in 30 minutes.
  • The system was implemented instantly, and everyone uses it, not 1/10 of the team.

  • There is no Russified version. And for those who do not know English, it’s difficult to immediately understand what’s what.
  • Full functionality is available only in the paid version, and the tariffs are high, expensive for a small company.
  • There is no desktop version, opening the browser every time is not always convenient.
  • Excessive freedom of action for users. Democratic access rights. For example, any executor can change a task, shift its deadlines, and even delete it without notice and permission from the author of the task.

Pricing table

As promised - price table. I didn’t paint all the nuances of tariffs, I collected the main things for the big picture. Prices for the cloud version. Boxes, of course, are more expensive. And finally - the vote.
