This article is about preparing for autonomous survival during the quarantine period. Judging by the experience of the EU and China, Ukraine and Belarus, quarantine is not far off due to the pandemic of the coronavirus Covid-19 in the Russian Federation. Many already understood this and began to stock up on food, respiratory protection, disinfectants, etc. I was no exception. This article summarizes my experience in studying SZOD (respiratory protective equipment), different dietary regimes and styles, compiling food layouts for autonomous survival for a long time (I have decent experience in hiking, water and mountain hikes lasting 2-4 weeks with compiling food layouts for this period), the selection of optimal foods for a nutritious diet like calories,and by nutrients and balance of BZHU (proteins-fats-carbohydrates) and in storage of these products for a long time. I will try to state all this in simple language, briefly and without overloading with unnecessary information.
