Today, parametric modeling has become an integral part of development. It’s convenient when I changed several values ​​and the whole 3D model is rebuilt along with the dependencies. Even in the field of design, parametric architecture has appeared to surprise with fractal patterns and at the same time comply with functional requirements.

It all started with the fact that two years ago I bought a subscription to a fitness club and started doing something on simulators. As the duty coach showed me, he did so. There wasn’t much progress, for a week it turned out to visit the club once or twice, besides there were classes in the pool. A year ago, I asked myself a simple question - how to build muscle? Without chemistry and without big investments in individual lessons with a fitness instructor. Some time later, I realized that there was not enough specificity, then I set a smart goal . Gain 5 kilograms of muscle mass per year, without frequent visits to the fitness club and with the preservation of the pool.


After a short search on the net, I found a site with a comprehensive technique that meets all my requirements. At its core, it was parametric, because everything is based on measurements, the planned progress for the week and the search for errors in training.
