The main mistakes in compiling a CV by beginner IT specialists

Many beginning IT specialists, after gaining initial professional knowledge, compose a CV and go to distribute it among recruiters. But few of them think that CV is his face in the eyes of a decision maker. And most make the same mistakes that can push their resumes down the list. Below I will tell you what mistakes I saw and explain my view on them. But now I want to turn to applicants for their first job:

• Search, especially the first job, is a very important and responsible job. Take her seriously. Study materials, read articles - there is enough information on the Internet. Compose your CV so that Hr just by glancing at him already knows who, where, what vacancy, how to contact, skills and experience.

And now about the main, in my opinion, mistakes when compiling CV by juniors (relevant for countries of the former USSR and CIS):

1. CV covers more than 1 page. Understand that for the June there is not so much IMPORTANT information to write a poem from this.
2. There is no primary information in the header or it is poorly formatted. It is important that your CV in the header advertise you and one glance is enough to understand: your name, desired position, contact details, age if desired, and photo.
