Live and motivating desktop wallpapers

The idea of โ€‹โ€‹this publication was in doubt today, but apparently the motivation mechanism described in the article still works.

Once, among business lessons, Nikolai Mrochkovsky heard about an interesting technique for working with your own time and goals. It is called the "Table of Life."

The idea is that your life is drawn (printed) on a leaf with a statistical duration in the form of squares, each of which is equal to one week.

Next, what is already lived is painted over. The result is the remaining "free" time, which shows where you are now.

On the one hand, this approach should discourage all people are mortal and there is no need to do anything, but in reality it allows getting rid of procrastination better than any books, the effect of which disappears after a couple of days or weeks. The main thing is to leave it in a conspicuous place. But this does not always work.

I wanted to test this idea, but I didnโ€™t really want to conduct such infographics manually. So I decided to automate this. So a program was written that updates the desktop with wallpapers with motivating infographics.
