The first Corporate Rebels workshop in Russia, April 8

Friends, organizers canceled the event in connection with the coronavirus pandemic.

Last year, we visited Corporate Rebels workshop in Amsterdam and thought it would be great to bring them to Russia. The founders of the company at one time quit corporations, tired of the bureaucracy, and began to study the experience of successful, progressive organizations, which were united by one thing - people liked to work there. Now they help other companies and teams change and change processes so that work brings more joy and is more effective.

At the workshop, we saw that we are already using a lot of the recommendations, but there were new tools that we introduced, and they took root. This is a very close ideology of work organization: we are not afraid to give teams more independence and, despite the growth of the company, we maintain a flat structure. We would like to see such an approach more companies and teams in Russia, not only from the IT sector. We invited the guys to hold such an event in St. Petersburg, in our office, and they agreed.
