Time in a cellular machine

In this article, I will set forth the hypothesis of the representation of time in a cellular automaton, with which we can realize our physical reality ( digital physics ). All reasoning here is based on modern (as far as I know) ideas about physical reality. Microcosm objects (elementary particles) cannot be directly measured (measured with a ruler), it is only possible to obtain information about them on the basis of reactions with other objects (as in billiards, where balls have different masses). This is one of the reasons why there are various theories that describe the behavior of our world. If the theoretical results coincide with a huge number of experiments, then it is customary to trust such a theory. On the basis of such theories, my reasoning is based (mainly quantum theories).
