On the verge of creating a new project
Let's pretend that the business that drives our small but proud development team needed to do something new. We are pretty smart (and stuffed enough cones) not to reinvent the wheel, so we start with a deep dive into the Internet, in search of what has been done successfully and long ago by the similar requirements of our colleagues. It suddenly turns out that existing solutions are described superficially, vaguely and contradictory.
The Internet provides at our services an unimaginable amount of text, in the proportion of tolerant Pareto (approximately 50 to 50), telling both about success stories and radical failures. Some advocate using the Foo framework and the Bar architecture , while others guarantee that only Baz is on top of Boo (and Foo is completely abandoned.at all costs) can help achieve the goal. In order to somehow cope with such a volume of recommendations, we discard the news from sources we have never heard of, and ultimately we get a certain amount of advice coming from trusted people. To become one, you must either write a dozen or two books and create a couple of courses, or just grow for a long time and turn into a monster "too big to fail".
