I absolutely did not understand which direction to go ...

And so, in October 2019, I got to the pre-accelerator, where I managed on yourself to experience the high efficiency of moving forward while working with the tracker. After only 8 weeks of communicating with the tracker once a week on Skype for an hour + completing tasks ... and the team turned into a perfectly tuned mechanism with clear positioning in place, understanding the route, a list of necessary artifacts and how to get them. The idea completely transformed my understanding of the possibilities of the learning process, and I decided to master this amazing profession and, as if by the wave of a magic wand, I ended up enrolled in #trackacademy.
Having a lot of experience in building prototypes of digital voice assistants, which were highly appreciated at various international and Russian competitions, it never occurred to me to apply this technology in training, since at first glance in training the market capacity is much lower than in other industries. After all, the digital sales consultant can be used wherever dialogue is needed. More details about this in the video presentation:

The transferred technology of tracking was very well placed on the fresh memories of the pre-accelerator, and the teaching method and how the learning process is technologically arranged, involuntarily, as I became a tracker, I was linked in my head with the capabilities of conversational artificial intelligence and the subconscious began to build a new innovative mechanism of the training platform of the future.

The essence of the idea is very simple, to combine the advantages of conversational artificial intelligence and people and eliminate the disadvantages of both of them by putting them together in a single team. As a single platform, the CRM system with an extensive API, which allows at various stages to attract those and / or other members of the hybrid team, blend in very smoothly.

And so I reached the finals of training in parallel with the finished prototype, though so far assembled in my head. In fact, the sales funnel of the Academy of Trackers is as follows: 720 applications, submitted for the course, 176 people were enrolled, 109 of them switched to the second week, 83 went to the third, 62 went to the fifth week and 34 reached the last week. The training process until the fifth week does not require human intervention, thereby saving the resources of the academy.

By the way, distributing the functionality between people and the information platform, an interesting result was obtained. All management and control functions were on the side of the machines.

The result of one of the completed tasks of the Academy of Trackers gave birth to an idea that conveyed to the Academy, received support, including financial support, and now we are jointly developing a pilot project on hybrid automated training for the next set of future trackers. It should be noted separately the lability and speed of decision-making by the academy in the implementation of this project.

At this stage, everything is at the stage of unconfirmed hypotheses.

As the joint project with the Academy of Trackers advances the implementation of conversational artificial intelligence in the learning process, practical results will be published.
