Google JavaScript Style Guide Translation

Good afternoon, fellow developers!

A couple of months ago, I began to specialize in Fullstack-developer and, after some time, like any decent developer, I began to look for style guides for JavaScript. As a result, this led ... to the translation of one of them, which I want to talk about in this article.

ESList told me that at the moment there are three main guides:

I read AirBnb without problems in Russian, because I was the first to see the translation (thanks for the translation of Uprock and the more relevant official translation ). The JS Standard manual is fairly short and readable in English without any problems.

However, it was Google’s style guide that turned out to be the most voluminous and comprehensive (especially pleased with the documentation section), but at the same time, the most difficult to read in the original. It was written rather dryly, sometimes with complex constructions, and some moments had to be re-read several times in order to accurately understand the meaning.

Due to the fact that this guide has been repeatedly discussed in the circle of familiar programmers and not everyone was able to “master” the entire text - I decided to translate it into Russian. In order to refer to it, when it is necessary to use it in work with colleagues who do not yet speak enough English to read it. In addition, a lot of new developers who work with JavaScript will sooner or later come across this guide and would like to simplify the task once again in terms of learning in their native language.
Therefore, I am sharing with you a link to a translation - Google JS Style Guide in Russian , and I sincerely hope that this will simplify life for someone.
PS If there are inaccuracies in the translation or some points are not subtly reflected, I and the developers who will read it will be grateful for pull requests with additions / improvements!
