Firstly, it characterizes the candidate’s desire to develop within the framework of the chosen profession, confirmed by facts. Secondly, it includes the candidate’s interest in working specifically for the company in which he came to get a job.

You can define “burning eyes” by communication. The main markers of the fact that the candidate is our person: if he is interested and follows the development of the region, spends time on self-education, participates in relevant events or communicates with professionals from the industry. In this case, the candidate should be able to maintain a substantive conversation on these topics and demonstrate an understanding of the values ​​of the company and the product on which he wants to work.
