Dies ist das mysteriöse Wort Agile, das für viele Unternehmen heute so seltsam und mysteriös klingt wie Kubernetes vor drei Jahren. Jemand runzelt die Stirn und zieht es vor, konservativ zu sein. Jemand glaubt, dass es sich um eine magische Silberkugel und ein Einhorn mit einem Regenbogenschwanz in einer Flasche handelt, die alles und jeden im Unternehmen reparieren und ein Gewinnwachstum von 300 Prozent pro Woche sicherstellen.
Die Wahrheit liegt, wie gewöhnlich, irgendwo dazwischen. Nicht alle Agilen werden es tun. Nicht allen Agilen wird es gefallen. Nicht jedes Unternehmen in der evolutionären Entwicklung ist zu Agile gewachsen.
Aber diejenigen, die bereit sind und mutig neue Dinge ausprobieren - willkommen. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, wer genau das gesagt hat, vielleicht Robert Heinlein: "Wenn die Welt auf den Kopf gestellt ist, mĂĽssen Sie der Erste sein, der auf Ihrem Kopf steht."
